Basic and Standard include 3 posts a week, and Pro includes 6 posts a week, plus 2 Stories a week on Instagram and Facebook.

All plans cover Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. TikTok is available on Standard and Pro only. Basic includes up to 2 platforms, Standard up to 3 and Pro up to 4.

Of course. We encourage clients to dip in and out and add their own content as and when they can. It's up to you how involved you want to be. If you're too busy to do anything on social media, you can relax knowing we've got your accounts covered. If you want to be more hands on, we've got you.

We know circumstances change and there is not always a budget for marketing. We charge upfront for the month ahead, and you can then decide whether to renew at the end of the month. That means you are free to pause, take breaks or come back whenever you need.

We work at scale with a skilled, efficient team. That's how we undercut agency prices without cutting corners. A small number of features like monthly reports and telephone support aren't included as standard, but everything you need to grow on social is.

We value human content, and we know nobody wants to see AI slop on their timeline. Our team is based across the North of England, and we use tools like Canva, Buffer and Photoshop, along with AI to help with things like research and content optimisation. But fear not: a real person is your account manager, and they handle everything, from graphic design and copywriting to posting.

Great. Choose your plan and fill in your details. We will send you an email to connect you to the 99social dashboard and ask any setup questions we need. From there we get to work on some initial content for you to review. We aim to launch within ten working days, although timing can vary slightly.

Yes, on our Standard and Pro plans. Standard includes up to 4 Reels or TikTok videos a month, and Pro includes up to 6. We create, design and edit them for you. Video, carousels and infographics aren't included on Basic, which covers static graphics only.

Yes. You'll see everything in your 99social dashboard before it's published. If we don't hear back within five working days, or before the scheduled date, we treat the content as approved.

Of course. Most plans include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions per piece of content. If we've made a mistake or not followed your brief, we'll always fix it free of charge.

Yes. Every plan comes with an account manager who gets to know your brand. Support is by email on Basic, and by email and WhatsApp on Standard and Pro.

Replying to comments and messages isn't included as standard, but you can add it with our community management service, from £40+VAT an hour.

Yes. Basic and Standard include basic analytics, and Pro includes our Pro analytics dashboard. You can upgrade Basic or Standard to the Pro analytics dashboard from £29+VAT a month.

Just email [email protected] at least ten working days before your next billing date. There's no long-term contract.

We take payments via Direct Debit, powered by our partners at GoCardless. We charge upfront for the first month and each month thereafter, but you're free to cancel at any time. For customers outside of the UK, we also accept payments via bank transfer or any major debit or credit card. Get in touch for more information.
