If you’re signed up via Direct Debit, we’ll automatically take next month’s payment when it’s due. Just get in touch if you’d like to change your plan or cancel and we’ll make sure that payment doesn’t go through.
If you’re paying via an alternative method and you’re late in paying, we’ll continue to offer our social media services for seven days from the invoice due date.
After that, we’ll suspend our services until the invoice has been paid.
Please note: if we offer a week’s worth of social media management and you still have not paid, we’ll continue to push your invoice. Should you choose to cancel, you’ll be sent an updated invoice for one week’s work.
