Frequently asked questions
Will my clients know you are involved?
No. We operate as a silent partner. All content is produced and delivered without any 99social branding, and we don't contact your clients directly. As far as your clients are concerned, the work is coming from your agency.
Which plans can I resell?
Resellers get exactly the same plans as our direct clients: Basic at £99+VAT, Standard at £199+VAT and Pro at £299+VAT per client, per month. We don't offer discounts on our core packages, but the pricing leaves plenty of room for your own markup. Most agencies add between £100 and £200 per client.
Is there a cost or sign-up fee to become a reseller?
No. There's no sign-up fee, membership or minimum commitment to become a reseller. When you have a client ready, just bring them to us and you'll pay a simple flat monthly rate for each client, based on the plan they're on. You only pay for the clients you have.
Can I review content before it goes live?
Yes. You'll have access to review content, request changes and approve posts before they're published, so you stay in full control of what your clients see.
Can you speak directly to my clients?
As a white label provider, we work through you rather than directly with your clients. You remain the point of contact, and we support you behind the scenes. If a client occasionally needs onboarding support or has a quick question, just ask and we'll do what we can. We don't offer direct client support as standard.
How many clients can you handle at once?
We can take on clients at any volume, whether you're drip-feeding them one at a time or handing over a larger roster at once. If you're bringing on a high number of clients at the same time, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you ever outsource the work?
Never. Every social media account we manage is handled entirely in-house by our own team. We know how important it is that you can trust your white label partner to deliver consistent, quality work.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. All plans are monthly rolling with no minimum commitment, so if a client pauses or moves on, you're not stuck paying for a service you no longer need.
Do you offer free trials or audits?
We don't offer free trials, but with plans starting from £99+VAT per client and no contracts, the barrier to getting started is low. If you'd like to see the quality of our work first, we can share case studies and examples. Just ask.
