Is there a minimum term?

No. There are no monthly contracts or minimum commitments with 99social's community management service. You can purchase engagement time in blocks or set up a rolling retainer, whichever suits your business.

What's included in the monthly progress report?

Your monthly report covers the activity carried out during the period, including engagement metrics and a summary of interactions. It gives you visibility of what's been done and how your community is growing.
