Is community management included in my social media plan?

Community management isn’t included as standard with our social media content plans.

Your social media management plan covers the creation and scheduling of your content, while our Power Hours service covers proactive engagement such as replying, interacting with other accounts and helping to grow your community.

Power Hours start from £40+VAT per hour and can be added to your existing 99social service whenever you need them.
