Once you’ve signed up, your dedicated account manager will be in touch to introduce themselves and gather everything we need to get started, including your logo, brand colours, any photos you’d like us to use and a few details about your business and customers.
We’ll then ask you to connect your social media channels to Buffer, our scheduling tool. This lets us post on your behalf without needing your passwords.
Your first batch of content is loaded into Buffer ahead of its publishing date so you can review it. Most clients are live within 10 working days of signing up.
