When you have a client who needs social media management, you send them our onboarding questionnaire or gather the details yourself and pass them on to us. We handle everything from there.
We research the client's industry, create the content, and schedule it across their platforms at optimal times. Everything goes through the 99social dashboard, which you can access to review and approve content before it is published.
What happens next?
Through the 99social dashboard, you have full visibility of everything we are scheduling for your clients. You can review content, request changes, and approve posts before they are published, keeping you in full control.
From signup to first post, we aim to go live within 10 working days. You will have a dedicated account manager available every weekday should you have any questions along the way.
Reseller pricing with room to grow
Our packages start from just £99 per month plus VAT, with the same plans available to resellers as to direct clients. We are not able to offer discounts on our core packages, but our pricing gives agencies significant room to add a markup. As a guide, most agencies add between £100 and £200 on top of our base plan, turning a £99 cost into a £199 or £299 offering for their clients. The more clients you bring on, the more your margins compound.
All plans are monthly rolling with no contract.
Can you speak directly to my clients?
As a white-label provider, we work through you rather than directly with your clients. You remain the point of contact for your clients, and we support you behind the scenes. If a client occasionally needs onboarding support or has a quick question we can help with, just ask and we will do what we can. We do not offer direct client support as standard.
How many clients can you handle at once?
We have the infrastructure to take on clients at any volume, whether you are drip-feeding them one at a time or handing over a larger roster at once. If you are bringing on a high number of clients simultaneously, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
How long does it take to get a client live?
From the point we receive all the information we need, we aim to go live within 10 working days. Timelines may vary slightly if you are onboarding multiple clients at the same time.
Do you ever outsource the work?
Never. Every social media account we manage is handled entirely in-house by our own team. We know how important it is that you can trust your white-label partner to deliver consistent, quality work, and that means keeping everything under our own roof.

No. We operate as a silent partner. All content is produced and delivered without any 99social branding, and we do not make contact with your clients directly. As far as your clients are concerned, the work is coming from your agency.
