Social media management for dentists
More new patients, more treatment enquiries and a practice people feel relaxed about visiting. We plan, design and post social media for dental practices, orthodontists and cosmetic dental clinics, so you can focus on your patients.
Social media for every kind of dental practice, across the UK
More patients. Not just more likes.
Likes are nice. A full appointment book is better. Everything we post for your practice is there to bring in new patients and treatment enquiries.
New patients
Friendly, helpful posts show local families what your practice is like, and every post makes it easy to book or register.
- A booking link on every post
- Welcome posts for new patients
- Emergency slots promoted clearly
Treatment enquiries
Whitening, aligners, implants and hygiene. We explain your treatments clearly and honestly, so the right patients ask about them.
- Treatment explainers and carousels
- Seasonal treatment campaigns
- Consultation calls to action
A practice people trust
Nervous patients want to know who they will see. Meet the team posts, reviews and myth busting make your practice feel friendly before they walk in.
- Your team front and centre
- Patient reviews turned into graphics
- Calm, reassuring content
Built for dental practices, orthodontists, cosmetic dentists, implant clinics and hygienists, from single surgeries to multi-site groups.
Tell us what to promote. We'll fill the diary.
No designing, no captions, no chasing photos. Send us a quick message about the treatments you want to push, and we turn it into posts that bring patients in.

You look after the smiles. We'll look after the feed.
Most practice owners know social media matters, but between a full list, staffing and compliance, posting is the first thing to slip. So the feed goes quiet, and patients looking for a new dentist choose the practice that looks friendlier online.
99social runs your social media for you. Helpful tips build trust, treatment posts bring in enquiries for whitening, aligners and implants, and team posts help nervous patients feel at ease before their first visit.
You get a dedicated account manager who learns your practice, your treatments and the patients you want more of. You approve everything before it goes live, and we handle the rest.
What a month of dental content looks like
Three posts a week on the Basic plan, each one shared to both Facebook and Instagram. Here is an example month.
Standard adds a third platform, such as Google Business Profile or TikTok. Pro gets six posts a week across up to four platforms, plus Stories and video.
Every kind of post your practice needs
Offers, education, family content and urgent care. A varied feed that keeps patients engaged and your diary full, designed around each practice's own style.

Built for how practices win patients
Dental marketing comes with real responsibility. We plan content that brings patients in while keeping your practice professional and compliant.
We write with the rules in mind
We follow GDC guidance on ethical advertising and the advertising rules on claims, prices and before and after images. You approve every post.
We reassure nervous patients
Calm, friendly content about what to expect, your team and your surgery helps anxious patients take the first step and book.
We plan around the dental year
New year smile goals, wedding season, back to school check-ups and Christmas whitening. Your posts land when patients are thinking about it.
We point people to you
Every post sends patients to your own booking system, phone line or website, so the enquiry comes straight to your practice.

Why dentists need social media
When people move to a new area or decide it is time to sort their smile, they ask in local Facebook groups, check Google reviews and scroll your Instagram. They want to see a friendly team, a modern surgery and real results before they book.
Social media is also where patients start researching private treatments like whitening, aligners and implants. If your practice is explaining them clearly, you are the one they ask about a consultation.
Every one of our social media campaigns was done to perfection and created us a lot of new business. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dental social media FAQs
Do you work with NHS and private dental practices?
Yes. We create social media for NHS, mixed and private practices, as well as orthodontists, cosmetic dentists and implant clinics, whether you have one surgery or several sites.
Which social media platforms should my dental practice be on?
Facebook and Instagram are the priority for most practices: Facebook for local families and reviews, Instagram for smile transformations and your team. Google Business Profile helps people nearby find you, and TikTok suits myth busting videos on Standard and Pro.
Do you follow dental advertising rules?
Yes. We write with GDC guidance on ethical advertising and the advertising rules on claims, prices and before and after images in mind, and avoid claims that cannot be backed up. You approve every post and remain responsible for your clinical content.
Can you use photos of our patients?
Only with their written consent, which your practice gathers. We are happy to design before and after posts from consented photos, and we can also create graphics, tips and team content that need no patient images at all.
How much does social media management for a dental practice cost?
Our plans start at £99+VAT a month for Basic, £199+VAT for Standard and £299+VAT for Pro, with no contract. A traditional agency typically charges £500+ a month.
Can you promote treatments like whitening, aligners and implants?
Yes. Tell us which treatments you want more enquiries for, and we will plan explainers, offers and before and after posts around them, with the right terms and disclaimers included.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. We charge upfront for the month ahead, and you can cancel, pause or come back whenever you need. Just give us at least ten working days' notice before your next billing date.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Your content goes into your dashboard the week before it is due, so you can review it and request changes. If we don't hear from you, it is published as planned.
Can you reply to comments and messages too?
Yes, with our community management add-on from £40+VAT an hour. A real person replies to comments and enquiries, pointing patients to your booking line. We never give clinical advice on your behalf.
Spend less time posting. More time with patients.
