Social media management for restaurants
Fuller tables, busier midweeks and a feed that makes people hungry. We plan, design and post social media for restaurants, pubs, cafés and bars, so you can focus on your guests.
Social media for every kind of venue, across the UK
Full tables. Not just more followers.
Likes are nice. A packed Thursday night is better. Everything we post for your venue is there to get people through the door.
More bookings
Food, events and offers give people a reason to book, and every post points straight to your booking link or phone number.
- Your booking link on every post
- Offers for quiet midweek nights
- Early pushes for Christmas and bank holidays
Local visibility
We name your area, tag your location and post to your Google Business Profile, so people nearby find you when they search for somewhere to eat.
- Google Business Profile posts
- Menus and opening hours kept current
- Local hashtags and location tags
A venue worth visiting
A busy, polished feed shows people what to expect before they walk in: the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the welcome.
- Branded graphics in your style
- Your best dishes front and centre
- Events that look worth leaving the sofa for

Tell us what's on. We'll get people through the door.
No designing, no captions, no chasing photos. Send us a quick message about this month's events, specials and offers, and we turn it into posts that fill tables.

Think you know it all? Quiz night is every Thursday from 8pm, with a £50 bar tab for the winners.

You run the kitchen. We'll run the feed.
Most restaurant and pub owners know they should be posting, but between service, suppliers and staff rotas, social media is the first thing to slip. So the feed goes quiet, the menu online is last season's, and people looking for somewhere to eat book the place that looks busier.
99social runs your Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile for you. Food posts make people hungry, events give regulars a reason to come back, and well timed offers fill the quiet nights before they cost you money.
You get a dedicated account manager who learns your venue, your menu and the nights you want to fill. You approve everything before it goes live, and we handle the rest.
What a month of restaurant content looks like
Three posts a week on the Basic plan, each one shared to both Instagram and Facebook. Here is an example month.
Standard adds a third platform, such as Google Business Profile. Pro gets six posts a week across up to four platforms, plus Stories and video.
Every kind of post your venue needs
Food, events, offers, seasonal updates and reviews. A mix that keeps your feed interesting and your tables full, designed to match your venue.

Why restaurants need social media
Before most people book a table, they look you up. They scroll your Instagram to see the food, check your Google reviews and ask in local Facebook groups where is good. If your feed is busy and your food looks great, you are where they book. If your last post was months ago, they wonder if you are still open.
Social media also fills the quiet nights. Events, specials and offers give regulars a reason to come back midweek, and a steady stream of posts keeps you front of mind when people decide where to go this weekend.
Every one of our social media campaigns was done to perfection and created us a lot of new business. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Restaurant social media FAQs
What types of hospitality businesses do you work with?
We manage social media for restaurants, pubs, gastropubs, cafés, bars, coffee shops and takeaways across the UK, from independent venues to small groups with several sites.
Which social media platforms should my restaurant be on?
Instagram and Facebook are the priority for most venues: Instagram for food and atmosphere, Facebook for events and local groups. Google Business Profile helps people nearby find you, and TikTok suits kitchen and bar videos on Standard and Pro.
Can you use photos of our food and venue?
Yes, and posts work best when you do. Send us photos of dishes, drinks, your team and events whenever you can, and we will turn them into polished posts. If you are short on photos, we create graphics and use high quality images that suit your venue.
How much does social media management for a restaurant cost?
Our plans start at £99+VAT a month for Basic, £199+VAT for Standard and £299+VAT for Pro, with no contract. A traditional agency typically charges £500+ a month.
Can you promote events, offers and seasonal menus?
Yes. Tell us what is coming up, whether that is a quiz night, a new menu, match days or Christmas bookings, and we will plan posts around it so people hear about it in time.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. We charge upfront for the month ahead, and you can cancel, pause or come back whenever you need. Just give us at least ten working days' notice before your next billing date.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Your content goes into your dashboard the week before it is due, so you can review it and request changes. If we don't hear from you, it is published as planned.
Can you reply to comments and messages too?
Yes, with our community management add-on from £40+VAT an hour. A real person replies to comments and enquiries while you are busy with service, so no booking slips through the net.
Spend less time posting. More time on the floor.
